SCHEDULE OF CHARGES

McKee Environmental Health, Inc. charges the following rates for the services rendered:

Certified Industrial Hygienist $800 / Day
After 8 Hours $100 / Hour
Deposition or Trial $150 / Hour, 4 hour minimum

Industrial Hygienist Technician (1/2 Day Minimum) $400 / Day
After 8 Hours $35 / Hour

Travel Expenses are actual expenses at cost for airfare, meals, lodging and mileage ($.30), etc. Please call for quotes on laboratory prices.

Indoor Air Quality/Mold Testing

Extensive Preliminary Investigation (baseline), attic to slab, front door to back - complete investigation. Moisture measurments, collecting air spore trap tests and tape-lift samples, digital pictures and CAD drawings.
$1800 plus $75/sample.

Standard Preliminary Investigation - Individuals or adjustors who want just a brief outline of air and mold test findings and remediation suggestions, digital pictures and CAD drawings.
$700 plus $75/sample

Post Remediation Testing
$400 plus $75/sample

Testing with Rush Samples
$400 plus $100/sample

Peace of Mind report - Lab results and cover letter stating whether or not there is a problem
$300 plus $50/sample
